1. Eligibility for Refund

  • The publisher cancels the order after the payment has been completed.
  • The publisher cannot deliver the service due to technical or operational issues.
  • The article is rejected and no revision or alternative solution is provided.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The article has already been published successfully.
  • The advertiser cancels after the publisher has started working.
  • Incorrect information, broken links, or guideline violations are submitted.
  • The advertiser fails to respond to revision requests.

3. Order Cancellation

Advertisers may request cancellation before the publisher begins processing the order. Our support team will review and approve the request if eligible.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 24hr–48hr business days.
  • The amount will be returned via the original payment method.

5. Dispute Resolution

Blogs Journey will review the order details, communication, and submission guidelines to resolve disputes fairly between advertisers and publishers.
